

1 cupONLY OATS rolled oats
½ cupplus 2 tablespoons ONLY OATS oat flour
1/3 cuppacked light brown sugar
¾teaspoon cinnamon
6tablespoons butter (or dairy free alternative), melted
1/3cup chopped salted roasted almonds
½ cupdulce de leche or caramel sauce
4 cornRice Tortilla (7 inch)
¾ cupsemisweet chocolate chips
1Heat oven to 375°F
2In medium bowl, combine our rolled oats, ½ cup of our oat flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir to mix completely
3We added butter but you can use a vegan or dairy free alternative and stir until evenly moistened
4Stir in your chocolate chips
5In a small bowl, stir together dulce de leche and 2 tablespoons oat flour until blended
6Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheets
7Spread each tortilla with dulce de leche mixture to within ½ inch of edge; sprinkle evenly with ½ cup chocolate chips, then oat topping
8Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips over top
9Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until oat mixture is golden brown and tortilla is crisp on bottom
10Cool at least 5 minutes
11Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges
12Serve warm or cool & enjoy!
