

3 cupslight canned coconut milk
1 ½ cupsONLY OATS rolled oats (quick oats work too)
10pitted medjool dates
1 tspvanilla extract
1pinch of salt
1Add all ingredients to a blender
2Blend on high until creamy and smooth
3Pour into an ice cream maker and churn to desired consistency
4Transfer to a shallow container and freeze for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve
