1 cupour ONLY OATS Rolled Oats
½ cupchocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (about 2 scoops)
¼ cuppeanut butter
½teaspoon vanilla
¼cup honey
1Dash of salt
¼ cupmini M&M's (Optional)
¼ cupmini chocolate chips (Optional)
1In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky
2Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
3Use a spoon to scoop about a tablespoon of the energy ball mixture into your hand
4Roll into a ball
5Repeat with remaining mixture
