Ingredients

½ cupcashew butter or any other creamy nut or seed butter (128g)

3 tbspmaple syrup

½ cupof our ONLY OATS oat flour (48g)

½ cupONLY OATS gluten-free oats - you can use our quick oats or rolled oats or even a mixture of both (45g)

¼ tspkosher salt

½ tspvanilla extract

⅓ cupchocolate chips

Directions

1In a mixing bowl, stir together the cashew butter and maple syrup

2Stir in the oat flour, gluten-free oats, salt, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips

3Roll the dough into 12 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
